Billtown Film Festival Starts Today!

The First Annual Billtown Film Festival, created by Williamsport community proponent Richard James, begins today.  Mr. James has put a lot of work into initiating what he hopes will become an economic asset to the city, as well as a further means of nurturing creativity and culture among our increasingly thriving artisan community.

The festival, held April 22nd and 23rd at The Community Arts Center, will feature two days of local independent films.  Doors open at 7 pm and pit-seating is free.  Come early to reserve your seat.
